I wonder if perhaps someone could explain why your Canadian website (once one FINDS IT) is so difficult to maneuver and so far off from being user friendly?
I honestly called my local store to inquire about a price, to find out that although I was quite sure I was in the .ca site, seemingly I was not and had to be walked through it.
The sales staff was exceptional and was also perplexed by why there is such an enormous different in the two sites.
Once I arrived to where I needed to be, it was an extreme disappointment and to say it was an adventure in frustration would be putting it very mildly.
The most stunning issue, is the lack of a “search” option to locate different departments or items. Are you aware of this?
Not to mention, that I would assume your customer base would generally be over the age of at least 35 and speaking for someone over 50, whom do you feel can easily read the small font size?
Although I did eventually locate where I am able to magnify and scroll around a page, it would be less cumbersome to just leisurely flip through each of the pages of the catalogue.
It was my browsing that brought me into the store, but it is the Canadian Catalogue that leaves me terribly disappointed and clearly stressed.
This is not my idea of being able to enjoy choosing items needed for our newly renovated home for which we require every item from silverware to furniture.

On another note, your recent advertising is sensational. Two thumbs up!
Thus the reason my interest was again intrigued enough to have another look at Pier 1 after many years.

From a disgruntled customer that would love a response and never normally writes to complain.
