I have two full wicker seating sets, a dining set and two chaise lounges that I purchased from Pier One over the past 5 years and I enjoy changing out my cushions quite frequently.

Each time you have a significant sale on your outdoor furnishings I have tried to purchase Calliope products and half of them are not available online and not available in the areas near myself, my three kids or my sister - who live all over the US.

What am I going to do with a half order of cushions? Why should I have to pay full price because you can't manage your stock? I know this isn't an end of season issue - this exact same scenario happened to me this spring and I ended up driving to 8 - EIGHT Pier One stores to pick up the pieces I needed.

It's just not worth it. While I love your products, if I am not going to be given an option to backorder an item that is on sale and know for certain I can receive all the matching pieces I need, I am not going to waste time browsing your store online.
